It’s an opportunity to connect with your agent and drill down on the details pertaining to your specific home search. For the past year, I’ve done all of my buyer consultations over the phone. Now that the world is opening again, though, it will be an option to meet in person. This is the buyers time-- so the way we meet really is around the schedule and preference of my buyer clients. During a buyer’s consultation, we discuss:
